The Averill Park Education Foundation relies on contributions from individuals and businesses to make sure every student has the tools they need to succeed.    Your tax deductible donation can make this happen. 

APEF is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan, tax exempt organization staffed by a diverse group of volunteers.  We are strongly committed to enhancing educational and cultural  opportunities for all students in our community.  The APEF receives its funding from donations on many different levels.  There  are donations from individuals, business grants as well as numerous fundraising activities.   The Foundation will not fund items and programs considered to be a normal part of the annual school budget.  For a listing of grants funded by the Foundation , visit our Grants section of this website.
